Shipping Policy

Galaxy of Costumes is an online costume shop. Our costumes and accessories ship directly from our supplier partners, so every order is packed and shipped by the partner that stocks the item.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery time

After shipping, most orders arrive within 7–20 days. Delivery can take longer during the Halloween and holiday rush or because of carrier delays. If your order includes items from more than one supplier partner, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs and destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking, delays and damaged items

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at galaxyofcostumes@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items) and we'll make it right.

Halloween orders

To get your costume in time for October 31, we recommend ordering by early October.
